Kimberley and Mark did not meet in what anyone would describe as the most conventional of ways.  Their story began by a fated phone call, where they ended up speaking for over 2 hours. As time progressed these phone calls continued, and before they knew it Marks day would start with a wake up call 2 minutes before his alarm each morning.

After 6 months of almost constant communication, Mark was invited to Uncle Billy’s wedding in New South Wales, the chance to meet the voice on the other end of the phone finally arose.  Mark travelled to the wedding in NSW via QLD back to WA.

Mark booked Kimberley a flight to Western Australia and they travelled across the country together in Marks red Holden Crewman, Mark had to return to Western Australia, and the next 2 years we’re the hardest two years ever.  Long distance relations do exist and they can work!

Mark returned to Queensland for a visit and that was when they decided that Mark was going to move to Queensland permanently.

Kimberley and Mark planned their wedding their way, on the hill at the farm.  After days of heavy rain we had perfect weather.  The ground had dried out, hay bails in place and of course Dash had to be included, and everything ran perfectly.

Congratulations Mr and Mrs Sherwood!
