What happens when?
Confirm and book your date
Confirm availability and secure your date by completing our booking form agreement, and payment of the $500 retainer. Your balance is due 3 weeks prior to your wedding day.
Planning
Once your booking is confirmed feel free to get in touch anytime. We can create timelines, look at ceremony times vs sunset. I am here to assist.
Engagement Shoot
If your package includes a pre-wedding/engagement shoot you can book this anytime. Use your images on your invitations or display them at your wedding.
Wedding Day Questionnaire
Approx 6-8 weeks before your wedding day you will receive our online wedding day questionnaire. This will confirm all of our planning details and help finalise your timeline
Family Photo Shoot List
Family photo lists are the perfect way to make sure we capture your must have family photos in an organised and timely manner.
WEDDING DAY
All the planning in done. Relax, enjoy and let the day begin.
Sneak Peek
With in 72 hours you will receive your wedding day sneak peek. Some highlights from your wedding day!
Online Wedding Gallery
You will receive your online wedding gallery 6-8 weeks from your wedding day.
USB and Prints
If you have a personalised box and USB included in your package, once you have selected your favourite 5 images we will post out your USB/print package.
Album Wall Art Design
Once you have all of your images we design your album. You can start planning your album details straight after your wedding ready to add the images once your gallery is complete.

Available Monday to Thursday, subject to availability.

Our wedding albums are beautifully hand crafted in Australia. Each album is personalised and designed for you to highlight your wedding day.
Photography Coverage on your wedding day
Wedding Preparations: including getting ready, your details & accessories, with your bridal party or family members
Wedding Ceremony: your wedding ceremony including your arrival, your i do’s, group photo, family photos
Bridal Portraits: full wedding party photos, and couple wedding photos
Reception: details and setup, your guests, your entrance, and formalities (speeches, cake cutting, first dance).
