Tenille and Michael, what an amazing day, an amazing venue, with some fantastic wedding suppliers!
Tenille and Michael married within the stunning grounds of Cedar Creek Estate Winery on Tamborine Mountain. This gorgeous winery and wedding venue offer the most beautiful locations for your wedding day portraits and we made the most of them. Tenille and Michael selected the chapel for their wedding ceremony, surrounded by family and friends with Uncle Ray as their officiant. Tenille’s sisters looked after her with their bridesmaids duties, and did a wonderful job, and Michael had his two mates standing beside him.
Michel and Tenille are fairly quiet, and I knew this as I had previously photographed them for their pre/wedding engagement shoot, which is another great reason why to have one. I absolutely love some of the candid smiles from Tenille and Michael, which is want I love to capture.
Their meeting story is a common one these days, meeting via an online dating app, as many do. We found out during the speeches, which always bring out some little gems, Tenille’s dad wondered how his beautiful quiet daughter would meet some one and was surprised when she had met Michael, only to find out many years later it was actually online. Tenille and Michael compliment each other perfectly. After meeting and becoming official, 5 years later Michael planned his proposal. They went for a hike up Mt Glorious and Michael wanted to propose where there was a great view, however they ended up hiking to the wrong part of the mountain. Tenille was wondering why Michael was spending so much time on his phone and mentioning they were in the wrong place when they were just on a hike. They arrived at the top of the waterfall which was full of people so they turned around and started back, with Tenille in front Michael asked her to turn around and there he was on one knee.
Tenille and Michael, your day was amazing, the ladies looked stunning with their hair and makeup by Amanda Higl Hair and Makeup. Every thing was perfect, and an amazing wedding day all round.
