Cedar Creek Lodges Wedding Tamborine
Congratulations to Tahlia and Peter whom celebrated their marriage at Cedar Creek Lodges in Tamborine, surrounded by family, friends, and their furbaby Riley. Their love story began in high school, and they officially became a couple during their senior year, Year 12. Now they’ve journeyed through life together from high school sweethearts to loving partners ready to take on the world as a married couple.
The proposal was a heartwarming moment during a weekend trip to the glow worm caves as Tahlia hadn’t seen the glow worms before. After a day of walking around Tamborine Mountain, they headed to the Glow Worms close to nightfall. While the cave ceiling shimmered with the soft light of the glow worms, Pete reached into his pocket, dropped to one knee and asked Tahlia to marry him. Her immediate and joyful “Yes!” marked the beginning of a new chapter in their lives together.
Another really special touch to their wedding was Tahlia’s earrings. Sometimes the smallest items can mean the most and I noticed her earrings were blue… you know the saying “something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue… well they are an item Pete bought Tahlia on her 18th Birthday. I loved this, treasuring those items which mean the world to you.
Their wedding at Cedar Creek Lodges was a beautiful start to their lifelong journey together, a day filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
