Surrounded by family and friends Sandra and Adam married at the stunning Gold Coast Wedding Venue, Coolibah Downs Private Estate. The all-in-one wedding venue is surrounded by manicured gardens and bushland and a beautiful location for your ceremony, canapes on the lawn and your reception in the marquee.
Adam and Sandra met through friends while on a day trip to Byron Bay, some 12 years ago. Later that same year at a New Year’s Eve party, held by the same friends, Adam asked Sandra to officially be his girlfriend.
The proposal happened during an evening walk through the Botanic Gardens, something they love to do when they have the chance for a weekend away in Brisbane. Both nature lovers, and love outdoor exploration they often visit the Botanic Garden. During a walk through the gardens they stopped to just sit and enjoy the quiet of the park, then Adam proposed.
When you have been with someone for 12 years it is basically like being married to each other, but Sandra and Adam were excited to celebrate their love with everyone closest to them and introduce those who haven’t yet met each other.
